The Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln does not charge any upfront or transactional fees to donors. Instead, the Foundation retains an annual management fee determined by the total volume of assets under management in any one fund. A summary of our standard fees for fund stewardship is shown below. The current minimum balance to create a named fund is $20,000 for all funds except donor-advised funds, which are $10,000.

These fees are not inclusive of the investment management fees and the internal management fees charged by mutual funds. The Community Foundation will endeavor, at all times, to negotiate the lowest fees possible using the collective buying power of the pooled accounts.
